What personalized software means
Most business software is built for the average company. You get forty features you don't use, and the one you need is missing. So the real work happens in spreadsheets, sticky notes and your head.
Personalized software is the opposite: a tool made for one business, around the way it already works. Not a giant system. Usually one screen that answers one question well, or one workflow that stops things falling through the cracks. AI has made these focused tools much quicker to build, and it can also work inside them: summarising, drafting, flagging what's late and writing the morning update for you.
Signs you could use one:
- You copy the same information between two apps every day.
- Your team asks you the same status question five times a week.
- The real process lives in one person's head.
- A spreadsheet has quietly become the system, and only one person dares to touch it.
We build only what you'll use. Sometimes the honest answer is a well-built spreadsheet plus an AI employee that keeps it current. If so, we'll say that instead of selling you software.
Examples by industry
Here's how a few of these tools work day to day.
An owner's morning dashboard
For example, a restaurant owner opens one page at 7 a.m. and sees yesterday's sales against the same day last week, tonight's bookings, staff hours, and the two reviews that need a reply. At the bottom sits one suggested move for the day, written by AI from the numbers above it.
A realtor's listing tracker
Every active listing on one board: showings booked, feedback from buyers' agents, days on market, and the leads that need a call today. Each Friday the AI drafts a seller update for the agent to check and send. It pairs well with a voice agent that books the showings.
A clinic intake flow
A patient books a visit and gets a text with a short intake form. The answers arrive organised for the practitioner, with anything missing flagged a day before the appointment. Health information needs extra care, so we plan access, storage and consent with you before anything is built.
A dispatch board
A trucking or trades company sees every job, every driver or tech, and every status on one screen. Drivers update by text. The AI flags anything running late and drafts the customer update. It's one of the first things we suggest to Surrey trucking and trades businesses.
A quote builder
A renovation estimator enters rooms and finishes from the site visit. The tool prices the job from the company's own rate sheet, and AI writes the scope in plain language the homeowner can follow. The owner approves every quote before it goes out.

Book a callReal examples we run ourselves
We use custom tools every day to run our own company. Two you can ask to see on our call:
- A store team's 08:30 morning brief. Victor, the AI employee that runs a store team, briefs the owners every morning: what changed, what it plans next and what needs their OK. Anything that changes the store or reaches a customer waits in an approvals queue until the owners say yes.
- A daily scorecard of every AI employee. Each morning, one scorecard covers all 35 of our AI employees: which jobs ran, which didn't, and what needs a person. Inspector checks every agent every 30 minutes; the scorecard is the summary a human actually reads before coffee.
Both started the way a client project does: with one question the owner wanted answered without digging for it.
Custom dashboards, CRMs, internal tools and client portals
What we build most often:
- Custom business dashboards. Your key numbers from your booking system, accounting, ads and phone line, on one page, refreshed on a schedule.
- Custom CRMs. When your sales process doesn't fit a standard CRM, a simple one shaped around your steps, with AI logging calls and emails for you.
- Internal tools. A quote builder, a job tracker, an inventory checker, a document checklist. Small tools that save someone an hour a day.
- Client portals. One place for your clients to see job status, upload documents and approve quotes, instead of a long email thread.
With AI inside, these tools do more than show data. They summarise long email threads, draft a reply to each new enquiry, flag anything late or out of pattern, and answer plain questions like “how did last week compare with the week before?”
Everything connects to the tools you already use where it can: your email, calendar, phone line, accounting and booking system. We build on accounts you own wherever we can, so the data stays yours, and every AI action inside the tool is logged so you can see what it did.
How a custom software project goes
- Talk. A free 30-minute call with our team. Show us the spreadsheet or the process that's driving you mad.
- Plan. You get a written plan: what we'll build first, what it connects to, and one clear price.
- First version, on your data. A small working version using your real numbers, not a mock-up. You use it for a week and tell us what's wrong.
- Refine and hand over. We fix what you found, then teach your team to use it, in a short session or a full workshop.
- Look after it. We keep it running and add to it when your business changes.
We're a Vancouver company, and we run lean on purpose: a small team of people with a large AI staff. That's what lets us build software for one small business at a time, which used to be a big-company luxury.
